Here at Zephyr’s we are dependant on fundraising to make sure we can continue to keep things running smoothly. For us to support the many families in our community, donations, fundraising and volunteers are essential to our core funding.
The Robin Hood Marathon 2024
The Robin Hood Half Marathon is one of the longest established and most popular city centre road events in the UK. It is also the largest charity fundraising event in the city, raising over £330,000 for charity in 2019. Zephyr’s fantastic fundraisers have taken part in the marathon for the last few years, raising thousands of pounds and raising awareness for our charity. The Mini Marathon
You can run or walk the 1.5 mile (2.5km) route in a fun community focused race with parents, friends, siblings, teachers or anyone else that you can persuade. The route largely follows the beautiful River Trent and finishes in front of huge crowds in the race village.
The Half Marathon
The race starts and finishes in Victoria Embankment. A picturesque route taking you along Victoria Embankment, River Trent, past Nottingham Castle, near the Robin Hood Statue, through the Nottingham Park Estate and through Wollaton Park.
