I provide a safe and confidential space to help people feel comfortable in exploring what it is that is troubling them. Through warm, empathic understanding I work with people to reflect upon and explore the challenges they are experiencing. This way of working comes from my training as a Person-Centred Experiential Psychotherapist.
I spent 5 years training at the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute in Nottingham. I have a Post Graduate Diploma (level 7) in Person-Centred and Experiential Psychotherapy. I am accredited with the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapists and a member of the BACP. Both these professional bodies ensure that my work remains ethically sound and that I follow robust procedures ensuring the best outcomes for my clients.
